By accessing the website, purchasing a course, creating an account, or using any course materials, you agree to these Terms of Use.

3. Course Description
The course Wellness Yoga Mix is a digital yoga course that includes selected yoga practices, breathing techniques, relaxation sessions, mindful movement practices, and PDF guides.
The course includes:
- 17 yoga practices;
- video lessons up to approximately 35 minutes;
- 2 PDF guides;
- introductory materials;
- 3 months of access from the date of purchase.
This course is the first experimental English yoga collection by Yogactivelife. The original videos were recorded in Russian and translated into English. The translation may not be perfect, but the practices were selected and prepared with care.
The course is intended to support a balanced home yoga routine with practices for energy, calmness, mobility, strength, flexibility, relaxation, breathing, and mindful self-connection.
4. Access Period
After successful payment, the customer receives access to the course for 3 months.
Access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold, copied, distributed, or made available to another person.
At the end of the access period, access to the course materials may expire automatically unless otherwise stated on the purchase page.
5. Price and Payment
The current price of the Wellness Yoga Mix course is:
€40 for 3 months of access
The final price is shown on the checkout page before payment.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or other available payment systems. The available payment methods may depend on the platform, the customer’s country, and the payment provider.
The provider is not responsible for delays, refusals, charge failures, bank restrictions, or technical issues caused by third-party payment processors.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address during purchase and registration.

7. Digital Content, Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The course consists of digital content that may become available immediately after purchase.
For customers located in the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to online purchases. However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost when the customer expressly agrees to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal once access begins.
By purchasing the course and accessing the digital materials, the customer understands that the course is digital content and that access may begin immediately after payment.
Because the course is digital and access is provided online, refunds are generally not provided once the customer has accessed the course materials, unless required by applicable law or unless there is a confirmed technical issue that prevents access and cannot be resolved.

8. Health and Safety Disclaimer
The course is provided for educational and wellness purposes only.
The course does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, psychotherapy, or individual consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Yoga, breathing practices, meditation, relaxation, and physical exercise may not be suitable for everyone. By participating in the course, the customer confirms that they are responsible for their own health, safety, and well-being.
Before starting the course, the customer should consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional if they:
- have any medical condition;
- are pregnant or postpartum;
- have injuries, chronic pain, high blood pressure, cardiovascular issues, dizziness, neurological conditions, or breathing difficulties;
- have recently had surgery;
- are unsure whether yoga, breathing practices, or physical exercise are suitable for them.
The customer should stop the practice immediately if they feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, strong discomfort, emotional distress, or any unusual symptoms.
The customer agrees to practice carefully, without forcing the body, and to choose softer variations whenever needed.
9. No Guarantee of Results
The course may support mobility, flexibility, strength, relaxation, body awareness, stress reduction, and general well-being.
However, individual results vary. The provider does not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, therapeutic, medical, fitness, or wellness outcome.
10. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, texts, PDFs, images, designs, logos, lesson descriptions, and educational content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course materials for private personal use only.
The customer may not:
- copy, download, record, reproduce, or distribute the videos;
- share login details with another person;
- publish course materials online;
- resell or sublicense the materials;
- use the materials for teaching, commercial classes, retreats, workshops, or paid programs without written permission;
- create derivative products based on the course materials.
Any unauthorized use may lead to termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.
11. Technical Requirements
To access the course, the customer needs:
- a stable internet connection;
- a compatible device;
- an updated browser or app if required by the platform;
- access to the email address used during registration.
The provider is not responsible for access issues caused by the customer’s device, internet connection, browser settings, email provider, or third-party platform restrictions.
12. Third-Party Services
The course may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, analytics, communication, video streaming, or course delivery.
The provider is not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical failures, payment errors, platform downtime, or policy changes caused by third-party services.

Such changes do not reduce the customer’s access period.

- use the content for illegal or harmful purposes;
- upload malicious software;

- misuse of the course materials;
- lack of individual supervision;
- technical problems caused by third-party platforms;

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
